We lay the tiles with a special flexible adhesive and grout. The use of the flexible adhesive is necessary because of the extremely high temperatures here on the Costa del Sol.



This also applies to internal floor areas with the use of under-floor heating and with the tiling of stud partition walls.



With the use of a normal adhesive, as is often the case here in Spain, it can lead to the tiles separating from the adhesive and cracking joints.




We also lay marble and granite.

The installation of mains water pipes are copper with soldered connections or in plastic pipes, where their is necessity e.g. for health reasons ( i.e. allergies ). The hot water pipes are always insulated. The installation of sewage pipes are in a commercial PVC with glued joints or with rubber seals. We do a complete or partial installation of all sanitary equipment or kitchen appliances from the drawing stage through to the installation. With the added advantages of the sun in Spain we can offer a solar heating system for the hot water with the bonus of the grant.
